Als Jugendlicher besuchte Ghassan die Wälder in Chouf im Libanon während eines langen Sommerurlaubs mit seiner Familie. Als wäre es gestern, erinnert er sich an Picknicks und Fußballspiele in den Wäldern, wo die Kinder Kiefernzapfen als Torpfosten aufhäuften.
Konflikte, Wirtschaftskrisen, Klimaextreme und steigende Preise für Düngemittel führen zu einer historischen Hungerkrise. Bis zu 783 Millionen Menschen wissen nicht, woher ihre nächste Mahlzeit kommt.
